Beautiful architecture, great and warm people, delicious food

We had a wonderful time. The hotel sticks out because of the atmosphere and the very friendly staff. We especially would like to thank Shanti, Cepec and Irwan. All the help we needed they required and more! The outside swimmingpool is also worth mentioning. A very green and peaceful spot in town.

This 5-star boutique hotel is truly lovely. While the wooden furnishings gave the room a slightly eerie feel initially, the bed was so incredibly comfortable that I slept soundly regardless. Waking up at 5:00 AM, I was greeted by a rare side of Jakarta—peaceful, quiet streets lined with lush greenery. Although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the options provided were absolutely exquisite.

We spent our Lebaran holiday doing a staycation at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta ✨🤍 and it felt like such a different kind of experience. From the moment we checked in, everything felt very personal. The receptionist explained everything clearly and even escorted us to the room. The biggest highlight for me is the service. Everyone is extra caring, extra helpful, and super friendly and it feels very consistent, like the training is really well done across all staff. The room is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. We chose the executive room, and it already comes with a bathtub 🛁 We also tried the gym, it’s well equipped and the machines are in good condition 💪 The pool area is really nice too, very shady and relaxing 🌿 perfect to just chill while ordering some snacks like fried banana 🍌 Our stay included breakfast. The buffet selection isn’t that much, but you can also order from their menu which has quite a lot of options 🍽️ For the food overall, it’s pretty standard, nothing too special, but still enjoyable. Overall, a really pleasant and calming stay.
